The study involved specialists under Internal Customer disposition Chief Engineer under the technical supervision of the Executor.
The scope of the program, the following sections:
1. Tool support.
2. A survey of the foundations of turbine unit.
3. A survey of the pipelines and their support-suspension system.
4. Six experiments to verify the technical condition of turbine unit in different modes.
5. Determination of settlement efforts on the computer by a specially developed technique.
  1. Tool support:
1.1. Theodolite or other more modern equipment for measuring altitude marks the foundation of turbine unit.
1.2. INCORE to measure the torsional transverse crossbars foundation blocks under the front and middle of bearings (PPC and PSC) and the «Exploration» (1 division - 0.1 mm per meter) to measure the slopes of foundation frames CPR and the PCB.
1.3. Pointers to thermal expansion or a simple device for determining the amount of thermal movements of the pipelines in the three planes.
1.4. Power Dynamometers type DS-25 or DS-60 to measure the bearing loads on the blades of cylinders.

1.6. «Vibro port» or other modern Vibro equipment to measure the vibration state of the turbine, generator and, if necessary, removal of contour features.

  2. A survey of the foundations of turbine unit:
2.1. Visual inspection of the foundation of the absence of cracks as a direct shear bolt under bearing blocks, and in their articulation with other blocs.
The point is that in the long-term operation of the turbine-foundation-ground (TFO) occurs in many cases exceeding the standard values of the angles of twist transverse crossbars, which leads to off-nominal thermal expansion cylinders, centering shaft turbine unit and an increase in vibration.
2.2. Monitor is mounted foundation frame shells bearing a transverse bolt the foundation, making sure that no gap between the shell and the casting of concrete along the perimeter. Check the condition of anchor bolts.
2.3. Installation of special sites on the transverse bolt near the bearing housings for appliances to
Clause 1.2., or use of the existing surfaces.
2.4. A survey of the bottom grillage and the connection with the columns.
  3. A survey of the pipelines and their support-suspension system:
3.1. Inspection of all spring suspensions, and checked that the actual values interferences project.
3.2. Verification of the springs to MVN.
3.3. Verifying a sliding bearing pipe heating selection and «dead» anvil (for turbines with a selection of heating).
3.4. Make sure not to pinch the pipeline of turboset.

  4. Six experiments to verify the technical condition of turbine unit in different modes.
  EXPERIENCE FIRST: The foundation and the turbine has a temperature environment. Thermal insulation of the turbine and a pipeline is executed and meets the requirements of the project. Benchmarks in the area of the console paws to measure the expansion of the cylinders in the transverse direction are installed. Sensors of mechanical size passed tests (axial shear, relative displacement, absolute thermal displacement curves).   Perform the following measurements:

  - Record the value of clearances for the datum in the paws of cylinders.
  EXPERIENCE SECOND:
  - Turbine and put n = 3000 rev / min.
  - Repeat the measurements of the first experience;
  - Perform recording the basic parameters: pressure and temperature at the inlet to the low-pressure cylinder, the vacuum in the condenser and the temperature of the exhaust pipe low-pressure cylinder;
  - Perform the measurement of vibration of bearings and turbine generators for a clear and portable. At the same time
determine the phase and frequency of vibration;
  - Electric sensor measure the curvature of the shaft to retain the work;
  - Record temperature condition high-pressure cylinder, low-pressure cylinder.
  EXPERIENCE 3rd and 4th:
  These experiments vary the size of the electrical load
(50% N, and by 100%) and thermal conditions on power. Based on the situation on the ground, these experiments can be changed both on the customer's request, and the Executor.
Note: If necessary, can be accomplished 2 more experience with maximum cost for heating and production selection.
  - Repeat the previous record of experiments;
  - Record the pressure and temperature in regulating the level of regenerative selection on the production and selection of heating;
  - Record the flow of steam to a turbine in the production and selection of heating;
  With the agreement of the parties be permitted to adjust the volume measurement.
  5. Determination of settlement efforts on the computer by a specially developed program.
5.1. Using the results of measuring displacements of pipelines and their thermal state, as well as the movements of the turbine casings, piping to static calculations with the definition of loads on the turbine cylinders on special techniques in the light of developments pipelines.
   
5.2. As a result p.5.1. on the computer to calculate the total load on the cylinders of the pipelines in different states of the turbine. Define the load most adversely affect the thermal displacement and the vibration state of the turbine.
  Variant perform calculations to determine the optimal pipeline of their impact on the cylinders.
  Based on the analysis of the results and, based on past experience, you may see the need for additional work.
  If you find torsion cross bolt under bearing shell middle, above the permissible value (0.3 mm at 1 meter), will require the development of practical recommendations to increase the rigidity of the cross bolt coupling units and the reduction of its linear and angular displacements.
