The works of turbounit modernization have completed.
“Lenturboremont” ltd. fulfilled preliminary specifications for works such as:
Change of К-200-130 turbounit parts and junctions, station №11 Verkhne-Tagilskaya ГРЭС (branch of «ОГК-1»Corp.) which reached the end of fleet resource, and also an increasing of performance property at the cost of up-to-date development work innovation. During the period 15 July to 30 November of 2008 such type of works were carried out: overage equipment dismantling, junctions and parts assembly of turbounit К-200-130, in capacity of delivered equipment, adjustment and alignment.
During the modernization were installed: high-pressure cylinder with iron rings membrane and end compression, membranes and nozzle segment; intermediate-pressure cylinder with a steam boxes, iron rings membrane and end compression, membranes and guide vane , high-pressure and intermediate-pressure rotor, valve boxes of automatic shutter(VBAS) HP and IP, specified number of conduits inside a turbine including crossover pipes ЦВД и ЦСД. Also the e- control system of protection was adopted (ECSP), junctions of steam distribution replaced completely and normalization works of turbounit thermal changes were fulfilled.

In the course of modernization company’s engineering developments were adopted such as: technique of turbine cold start with a leak check of vacuum system without filling of condenser steam space by water, ЦНД modernization with the improvement of construction of front and back holders of end compression(fireplace) ЦНД, replacement of working blade stages №26,27, 30, 31, modernization of front end compressions and ЦВД и ЦСД, reconstruction of the drainages system of crossover pipes ЦВД и ЦСД,upgrade of pumping out system of oil vapor from cases and housings of bearings, installed (металлофторопластовая )foundation frame cases front and intermediate bearings, for prevention purposes of oil leakage through the oil protective rotor compressions the oleophobic coverage is inflicted and current removable devices are installed.
